JUDGMENT
1. Delay condoned.
2. Though the entire tax effect in the present matter has been stated to be to the tune of Rs. 11.21 crores, it is admitted that in respect of question as framed at page 49, the tax effect is less than Rs. 2 crores.
3. In the circumstances, we see no reason to interfere in the matter. This special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
